Work on setting goals and use these small groups to get resources, support, and accountability encouragement to improve your well-being.

Has the Mind decided what the priorities are for its pursuits? Check-in with Mind.
What are the next steps? Mind defining the next few steps you should take with as much or as little detail as you think Brain/Body will need to do the effort.
Set a timer. Starting is often hard, especially if the Brain isn’t fully on board with the effort we are about to take on. The Brain needs to know how long this is going to go on. Try 10 minutes.
